Biography
Chris Van Hollen is a Democratic U.S. Senator representing Maryland, first elected to the Senate in November 2016. Prior to his Senate service, he served in the Maryland State Legislature and represented Maryland's 8th Congressional District in the U.S. House of Representatives, where he was a member of the Democratic leadership.
