Biography
Chris Thomas is an independent candidate who currently serves as Douglas Central's MHK, a position he has held since first being elected in a 2013 by-election. A financial analyst, he previously worked in UBS London and as a technical specialist in international projects, including for Luxembourg's financial sector project in Vietnam and the EU China Financial Services Co-operation Project in Beijing. He is married with three children and was educated at Millom Comprehensive and Balliol College, Oxford.
