Biography
Chris Phillips is a Republican member of the West Virginia House of Delegates, representing District 68. First elected in 2018, he previously served District 47 and currently works as President of CGP Foods, Inc. Phillips was born in Buckhannon, West Virginia, and is a graduate of Philip Barbour High School.
