Biography
Charles Perry is a Republican who represents District 28 in the Texas State Senate, having assumed office in 2014. A practicing Certified Public Accountant from Lubbock, he previously served two terms in the Texas House of Representatives. He currently chairs the Senate Committee on Water, Agriculture, and Rural Affairs.
