CHARLES DAVID MR. SUMMERS, also known as Chuck Summers, is a Democratic candidate running for election to the U.S. House to represent Missouri's 2nd Congressional District in the primary scheduled for August 4, 2026. A native of St. Louis, Missouri, Summers graduated from Lindbergh Senior High and studied at Meramac Community College, with a career background as a union plumber.
