Biography
Charles Booker is a Democratic politician from Kentucky who previously served in the Kentucky House of Representatives, representing the 43rd district. He made history as the first African American to be a major party nominee for U.S. Senate in Kentucky, running in both 2020 and 2022. Following his Senate campaigns, Booker was appointed to lead the Governor's Office of Faith-Based Initiatives and Community Involvement.
