Biography
Chapin Rose, a Republican, has served in the Illinois Senate, representing the 51st district since 2013, and previously in the Illinois House of Representatives from 2003 to 2013. An attorney and former Senior Assistant State's Attorney for Champaign County, he holds degrees from the University of Illinois.
