Biography
Cecil Bell Jr. is a sixth-generation Texan who has served in the Texas House of Representatives, representing District 3, since 2013. An entrepreneur, he is CEO of multiple enterprises and has a background in cow/calf ranching. Prior to his legislative service, Bell Jr. was president of the Magnolia ISD School Board of Trustees and Chairman of the Greater Magnolia Economic Development Partnership.
