Biography
Carolyn Green Logan, born July 5, 1957, is a Democratic member of the North Carolina House of Representatives for the 101st district since 2019. She made history as the first black female police officer in Asheville in 1977 and later as the first black female trooper in the North Carolina Highway Patrol in 1984.
