Biography
Caroline Tesche Arkin was elected to the bench in 2008 and currently serves in the Probate, Guardianship, Mental Health & Trust divisions for the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit. She holds a J.D. from Lewis & Clark College Northwestern School of Law and has held various assignments including Circuit Civil, Juvenile Dependency, Felony, Juvenile Delinquency, and Domestic Relations/Family Law divisions.
