Biography
Carlos Manuel Guzman is a Nonpartisan candidate for Circuit Court Judge - Circuit 11, Group 73. He was appointed to the Eleventh Judicial Circuit by Governor Rick Scott and has served in various judicial divisions including Circuit Unified Family, Juvenile, and Civil Courts. Prior to his judicial career, Guzman worked as a chief assistant statewide prosecutor, an assistant state attorney, and a Special Agent/Legal Advisor for the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
