Biography
Candi King (Democratic Party) is the Virginia Secretary of State, assuming office on January 17, 2026, with her current term ending in 2029. She previously served in the Virginia House of Delegates, winning re-election for District 23 in 2025. A resident of Dumfries, Virginia, King holds a bachelor's degree from Norfolk State University and has worked as a community relations professional, special needs parent advocate, and volunteer with Freedom High School.
