Biography
C.Y. Benavides III, known as "CY," was born and raised in Laredo, Texas, coming from a family with a background in public service. A lifelong Webb County leader and businessman, Benavides has dedicated decades to community service, including over 31 years as a board member for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Laredo. He is a Democratic candidate for Webb County Judge.
