BYRON SIGCHO LOPEZ

Byron Sigcho-Lopez is an independent politician currently serving as a member of the Chicago City Council, representing Ward 25 since May 2019. He is also a candidate for the U.S. House, seeking to represent Illinois' 4th Congressional District in the general election scheduled for November 3, 2026. Prior to his current role, Sigcho-Lopez worked as a community organizer for a decade.
