Biography
Hyland F. "Buddy" Fowler Jr., a Republican, has represented Virginia's 59th House District in the House of Delegates since 2014. A Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of Mary Washington, he previously worked in the private sector, owned a small business, and served as a legislative aide.
Top Priorities
- Establishing an "all in" energy policy for Virginia.
- Maintaining VA's "Right to Work" Law.
