Biography
Bryan Hughes is serving his third term in the Texas Senate, representing District 1. Born and raised in East Texas, he was the first in his family to earn a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Texas at Tyler, followed by a law degree from Baylor University. He previously served as a law clerk and currently maintains a private law practice.
