Biography
Brenda Lopez Romero is a former state representative who made history as the first American Latina elected to the Georgia General Assembly, serving two terms from 2017-2020. She is now running for re-election to the Georgia State House of Representatives, having also chaired the Gwinnett County Democratic Party from 2021-2023.
