Biography
Brandon Evans is a candidate for Richmond City Council District 3. A Richmond native, he has served as a community organizer, nonprofit leader, and political campaign consultant, and on the city's Economic Development and Planning Commissions. He holds degrees in Urban Studies and City Planning and Public Leadership.

- Create a Youth Opportunity Fund and employment pipelines, fully fund YouthWORKS, and advocate for a Youth Hiring Fair.
