Biography
Bob Carr was born in Hillsdale, Michigan, and grew up in the foster care system. He earned bachelor's degrees from Loma Linda University and worked for the Executive Office of the President and on Capitol Hill. His professional experience includes community development, historic preservation, and he is a credentialed airplane pilot.
