Biography
Bilal Z. Raychouni is an educator, activist, and community leader, currently serving as a Career Technical Education teacher, debate coach, and theatre director for Powhatan County Public Schools. He is the son of a Lebanese immigrant and holds degrees from Emerson College and George Mason University.
