Biography
Bernard Newman (October 28, 1907 – April 22, 1999) was a judge of the United States Court of International Trade and previously served as Chairman of the Manhattan Republican Party from 1958 to 1962. He was appointed to federal judicial service by President Lyndon B. Johnson.
