Ben McAdams is an American politician and attorney who served as the U.S. Representative for Utah's 4th congressional district from 2019 to 2021. He previously served as Mayor of Salt Lake County and a Utah State Senator, and is currently seeking the Democratic nomination for Utah's 1st congressional district in the 2026 House elections.
