Biography
Barbara Twine-Thomas is a judge of the Florida 13th Circuit Court, first elected to the bench in 2015, with her current term ending in 2027. She earned her J.D. from the University of Florida in 1977 and has a diverse legal career, including roles as an attorney in civil litigation and criminal defense, Attorney General for the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Senior Assistant County Attorney for Hillsborough County. She currently handles Unified Family Law, Juvenile Delinquency, Criminal Justice, and Trial assignments.
