Biography
Barbara Osborn Kreamer is an American politician from Aberdeen, Maryland, and a Democrat. She is a former member of the Maryland House of Delegates and was the first woman on the Harford County Council. Kreamer has also run for Harford County Clerk of the Circuit Court and has a background as a teacher, lawyer, and adjunct professor.

- Shift transportation funding emphasis to mass transit, restore the Red Line, and increase MARC train frequency and weekend service.
- Raise the minimum wage, end gender and minority pay bias, fund better schools, strengthen community colleges and financial aid, and stop corporate giveaways.
