Biography
Arturo Espinosa is a Republican who ran for Governor of Texas in the 2026 primary election, losing to Greg Abbott. A chemical engineer from San Antonio, he also previously sought election for San Antonio City Council in 2023 and Mayor in 2025. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from San Jose State University.
