Anthony Bellmon's Biography Anthony Bellmon was elected to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives on Nov. 8, 2022 to represent the 203rd Legislative District which encompasses Olney, Lawncrest, Lawndale, Castor Gardens, and Oxford Circle. Anthony, born and raised in the Northwest section of Philadelphia, attended Mount Greylock Regional High School in Williamstown, Massachusetts after being accepted into the A Better Chance program at age 13.
