Biography
Annette Dawson Owens is a Nevada State Board of Education member and a lifelong education advocate. She has worked in both district and charter schools and served as a policy director for the Children’s Advocacy Alliance. She was appointed to the Nevada State Board of Education by Governor Lombardo.
