Biography
Anita M.D. Rao, an Independent candidate, is the daughter of immigrants from Taiwan. She founded an educational consulting company as a teenager and holds an MBA from San Jose State University, currently pursuing a PhD. Rao previously served as an Innovation Fellow for Sen. John Hickenlooper.
