Biography
Anika Bowie is a member of the St. Paul City Council, representing Ward 1, having assumed office in January 2024. A lifelong Saint Paul resident, she is an entrepreneur, community organizer, and policy strategist, known for her work as the youngest Vice President of the NAACP and Lead Organizer of the Restore the Vote Minnesota Coalition.
