Biography
Andy Hopper is a software engineer and a Chief Warrant Officer in the Texas State Guard, which he joined in 2014. He lives on a small farm in Decatur, TX with his wife and three sons. Hopper was elected to the Texas House District 64 in 2024 and is running for re-election in 2026.
