Biography
Andrew Bain served as the Florida Ninth Judicial Circuit State Attorney, an office he assumed in 2023 after being appointed by Gov. Ron DeSantis. Running with No Party Affiliation, he sought election for a four-year term for the State Attorney's Office for the 9th Judicial Circuit, which encompasses Orange County, Florida. Bain was defeated in the general election on November 5, 2024.
