ANABEL MENDOZA

Anabel Mendoza, a Democratic candidate for the U.S. House representing Illinois' 7th Congressional District, was born and raised in Chicago in a working-class, immigrant, Latino family. She holds a Master's in Social Justice and a Bachelor's in Journalism from Northwestern University, and has professional experience in communications for organizations like United We Dream and the Young Center for Immigrant Children's Rights.
