Biography
Allen Waters is a Republican candidate from Rhode Island, a 4th-generation Providence resident, and a graduate of Classical High School and the University of Rhode Island. He had a 30-year career as an investment consultant and founded Aquarius Capital Management. Waters has previously run for U.S. Senate, U.S. Congress, and Mayor of Providence, and has served on several community boards.
