Biography
Maureen O'Connell is the County Clerk of Nassau County, New York, first elected in 2006. She previously served 25 years as an FBI Special Agent, where she worked on white-collar crimes, violent street gangs, and major narcotics, and was a member of the FBI-Evidence Response Team. O'Connell also held roles in the New York State Assembly and as Deputy Mayor of East Williston, and is a registered nurse and attorney.
